Carl Wade Brookover, III, "Junior, 55, of Williamstown, passed away October 23, 2016 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born June 19, 1961 at Parkersburg, a son of the late Carl Wade II and Charlotte Steed Brookover. Junior was a retired General Contractor. Survivors Include his wife Helen Dawson Brookover, 4 Brothers, 7 sisters, and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his parents one brother and one sister.
