Charles Dallas Starcher

Charles Dallas Starcher, 74, of Parkersburg, passed away at Camden Clark Medical Center on April 5, 2016. He was born July 1, 1941 in Parkersburg, a son of the late Dallas and Betty Dennis Starcher. He was a construction worker for Jimmy Harper Construction. He is survived by his wife, Jenny Stanley Starcher; three sons, Danny Starcher of Mineral Wells, Martin Starcher of Lubeck and Charlie (Amber) Kyer of Belleville; two stepsons Robert and Mike Stanley of Parkersburg; two daughters, Linda Donaway and Pamela Davis; and a stepdaughter, Lori Barker all of Parkersburg; one brother, Paul Wayne (Carla) Starcher of Vienna; five sisters Pat (Joe) Blosser and Carolyn Collins both of Parkersburg, Phyllis Curtis and June Wright both of Belpre and Beverly Starcher of Parkersburg; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a girlfriend, Eva Joann Byers. There will be no visitation or services. Kimes Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 521-5th St., Parkersburg is assisting the family with cremation. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family
