He was born in Lewis County, WV on June 16, 1939. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Lottie Clem Cottrill and a brother, James Cottrill.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by his sister-in-law, Lucinda Ritton Nekoranec; nephew, William Nekoranec (Jesica); and several relatives in Ohio.
There will be no public visitation or service.
