Dawn D. Jones

Dawn D. Jones, 73, of Washington, WV went home to be with her Lord, Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at her residence, surrounded by loving family and with the compassionate care of Amedisys Hospice of Vienna.

Daughter of the late Worthy and Earlene Dunbar, Dawn was born September 1, 1952 in Parkersburg, WV. She graduated from Parkersburg South Highschool and went on to marry Paul Jones. She spent her life caring for the home and raising her children. She also loved crocheting and was a devoted Christian by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 33 years, Paul M. Jones of Washington, WV; three sons, Christopher P. Jones (Autumn), Joshua M. Jones (Michelle), and Walker J. Jones (Ashley); brother, Kerry Dunbar (Rhonda); as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, followed by a private cremation.
