Debra Bines Fontaine

Debra “Debbie” Bines Fontaine, 67, of Parkersburg, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at Camden Clark Medical Center.

She was born May 17, 1955, in Warren, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Robert “Bud” Bines of Warren, Pennsylvania and the late Beatrice “Bea” Brown Bines.

Debbie was known as generous and genuine. She loved her family dearly and her cherished friends as family, including her dogs and cats which she loved playing with, she also enjoyed plants and gardening.

Her memory will be carried in the hearts of her loved ones, including her loving husband of 34 years, Roger Fontaine and her daughter, Michele Sanders (Brian).

At Mrs. Fontaine’s request there will be no public visitation or service.
