Dianna Sue Quick, 77, of Vienna, West Virginia, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025, at Elison Assisted Living in Marietta, Ohio.
She was born in Hundred, Wetzel County, West Virginia, daughter of the late Albert and Maxine Ferguson Poland.
Diana was a licensed clinical counselor with two teaching certifications. Her education included two semesters of choir college at Westminster, two years at West Virginia Wesleyan, graduating with honors from Marshall University for both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree, and her Master of Education in counseling from Ohio University. Diana was a member of Ohio Eastern Star, was a past president of the Family Crisis and Intervention Center and was a counseling honorary of Chi Sigma Iota.
She loved music and had her own music studio, giving voice lessons and teaching piano for many years. Diana also sang for Larry Parsons Corral, Daughters of the King, and Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.
Her memory will be held in the hearts of all those who knew her, including her daughter, Carrie Meghan Quick Blanco; grandson, Laureno Jose Blanco; and cousin, Shelia Aberegg (Bill).
In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Howard Quick in 2018, and son-in-law, Dr. Harold Blanco.
