Elsie T. Bogolin, 99, formerly of Parkersburg, passed away, Monday, March 14, 2016 in the Ravenswood Care Center.Mrs. Bogolin was born in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of the late George and Frances Ule Turk. Survivors include one son Gary; one daughter, Marsha and several grandchildren. Elsie retired as a bookkeeper from Design Services, Inc. There are no services schedule at this time
