Ms. Jill Bina, 57, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Camden-Clark Medical Center after a courageous battle against cancer. Jill was born in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of the late John W. and June Edna Kassor Richards. Jill was a graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg, where she later served as an adjunct professor.She was a former IT Specialist at the Bureau of Public Debt and enjoyed camping, crocheting and crafting. Jill embodied the true meaning of strength and perseverance. Her battle against cancer was never easy, but she stayed strong and fought hard until the very end. She was an inspiration to all that knew her; truly one-of-kind with her humor and selfless generosity. She is survived by her son, Benjamin F. Bina (Shannon) of Johns Creek, Georgia; daughter, Tia M. Shackleford (Brian) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; boyfriend, Greg Wells of Vienna, W.Va.; best friend, Bunny-Lou Johnson of Vienna, W.Va.; and her beloved grandchildren, Audrey Marie Bina, Isaac Benjamin Bina, Ozzy Cash Shackleford, and grandson expected in October. She also leaves behind her pet dachshund - Cinnamon. Per Jill's request, there will be no visitation or funeral; instead there will be a celebration of her life.Jill's celebration will be conducted4pm on August 8th, 2015 at the residence of her daughter and son-in-law, Tia and Brian.
