Jim Boston

James “Jim” Boston, 65, of Coolville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Dorsey and Juanita Houchin Boston.

Jim was a 1978 graduate of Parkersburg High School. He worked construction immediately after graduating and went on to work for Johns Manville and then Main Street Car Wash in Belpre, Ohio. Jim was a Mountaineer Football fan and enjoyed hunting.

Those remaining to carry his memory include the love of his life, his wife, Janice Seebaugh Boston; step-daughter, Amy Moore (Bob); siblings, Amy Gonchoff, Malleah Yoho, and Joe Huggins; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Jim chose cremation as his final wishes with no public visitation or service.
