Leroy "Pedro" E. Lyons, Sr.

Leroy "Pedro" E. Lyons, 78, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Arbors of Marietta under the care of Buckeye Hospice.

He was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, son of the late George and Edna Givens Lyons. In addition to his parents, Pedro was preceded in death by his siblings, sister, Audrey Sullivan and brothers, Robert Glenn Lyons and Francis Lyons; his, daughter, Carol Moore; and an infant grandchild, Brianna Moore.

He had worked for Wood County Schools, was a member of Life Line Apostolic Church in Vienna, West Virginia, and loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

His friendly nature, engaging sense of humor, and strong work ethic will be a legacy carried by those who knew him.

Pedro is survived by his son, Scott Lyons (Sara); grandchildren, Krista, Lonnie Jr., Bonnie, Braelyn, and Tyler; and three great-grandchildren.

There will be no public visitation or service.
