Linda L. Ahart, 83, of Belleville, West Virginia left her earthly residence to embrace eternal life and meet her Savior, to Whom she had given her heart and life to as a teenager, face to face on Wednesday, October 28, 2025.
The most pronounced legacy that she leaves is that of a Prayer Warrior. Some are gifted to talk to people for God, but her lifelong purpose was to speak to God for people.
Linda attended Belleville Baptist Church the last few years of her life and treasured the relationships she made there.
Her family is very thankful for the care she received from her church family and her neighbors.
Those left to carry her legacy include three sons, Ed (Donna) Ahart, Daniel (Sherry) Ahart, and David (Diana) Ahart; grandchildren, Jordan (Kyle) White, Katie (Elijah) Bowers, and adopted grandson, Marvin; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Joyce (Carl) Cochran.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Vada Eaton, and her husband of fifty-two years, “Bill” Ahart, they are together again in Heaven.
A graveside service will be conducted “church style,” 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Pleasant Home Cemetery, Pleasant Home Ridge Road and Pleasant, Belleville. Her family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
