Margaret C. Norris

   Margaret passed away in her sleep on June 30, 2025, at Pinnacle Memory Care in Muscatine IA, after a lengthy illness with Parkinson's.

   She was born in Meadville, PA, to the late Elizabeth and C. W. "Bill" Kinsell. After graduating from PHS in 1953, she was a legal secretary to Judge Borman and secretary to Bernard McDonaugh. She retired from Marmac Corporation in Parkersburg, WV.

   In later years, she enjoyed traveling and visited the church in Gerabohnn, Germany, where her great-grandparents were married, and she attended the Passion Play.

   She was married to Roy Norris, he preceded her in death in 1995.

   Margaret was a member of Emanual Baptist Church in Parkersburg, WV.

   She is survived by her family including, Ann Harrison (Robert), Rachael Martin (Harry), Evan Nitz (Theresa) and nieces and nephew, Meliah Martin, Anisten Martin, and Cole Nitz.

   She will be buried in Cottageville, WV next to her husband in a family plot. In lieu of flowers, Margaret, through her family, requests donations be made to Weirton Christian Center at this link, or P.O. Box 2045, Weirton WV 26062 or to a local food bank of your choice.
