Nora Lee Kaltenecker, 85, of Parkersburg, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at her residence. She was born January 15, 1930 in Big Chimney, W.Va., daughter of the late Edward and Mary Elizabeth Sigler Kuhner. Nora graduated from Parkersburg High School and retired from the United States Treasury, Bureau of Public Debt where she was an accounting technician. She was a Baptist by faith. She is survived by two sons, Lawrence Edward "Eddie" Stewart of Nelsonville, O.h. and David A. and wife, Glenna, Kaltenecker of Parkersburg; three grandchildren, Dava Kaltenecker, David Kaltenecker II, and David Wheeler; two great-grandchildren; and special friend, Linda Snyder. In addition to her parents, Nora was preceded in death by her first husband, Larry Stewart and her second husband, Christy Francis Kaltenecker.
