Pat Foulks

Pat Foulks, 82, of Washington, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at her residence.

She was born at Cass, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Paul and Garnett Lambert Bradley.

Pat was a former manager with National Car Rental Agency of Parkersburg and a member of Lubeck Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Darrin Brubaker (Sarah) and Gregory Brubaker (Shelia); step-daughter, Monica Boccardi (Andrea); three grandchildren, Jessica Miller, Bradley Brubaker and Brando Boccardi; one great grandson, Lucas Miller; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Arthea Summerfield and brother, Thomas Bradley.

A private family committal will be held at the convenience of her family.
