Patricia Lee Locker

Patricia Lee Santee Locker, 73, of Given, WV passed away peacefully, with loving family surrounded, at Camden Clark Medical Center.

A daughter of Bernice Helen and George Willis Tallman, Patricia was born March 22, 1952, in Parkersburg, WV. She graduated from high school, went on to become a hardworking caregiver, and retired from her dedicated nursing career at Baylor University Hospital. She was a devoted mother, sister, partner, and friend to anyone blessed to have known her.

Patricia was a fighter. She faced twelve different types of aggressive cancer battles since her diagnosis in 2016, and over the next decade would go on to beat every single one. Medical professionals made it a point to state that she was a “walking miracle” and in recent years, she decided to renew her faith and spiritual walk as a Christian.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving life partner for the last 11 years, Ricky Jernigan; son, "Bill" Braden (Rachel); daughter, Kimberly Anthraper (Alex); brothers, Stephen Santee, "Rick" Santee, and George Tallman Jr.; sister, Tammy Blair; 20 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Per Patricia's wishes, she wants to carry on her passion and purpose of serving and helping others through body donation. Vaughan Kimes is honored to serve Patricia's family.
