Ralph Michael “Mike” Rogers, 57, of Parkersburg passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Barberton, Ohio on December 24, 1957, a son of the late Charles Cecil and Estella Marie Snyder Rogers. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral.
