William Keith Blackwell

William Keith Blackwell, 54, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.

He was born at Canton, Ohio on July 17, 1968, a son of the late Patricia Ann Richards Perdue.

William enjoyed his job driving for Senior Citizens and was eager to get back to it. He loved hunting, fishing, NASCAR and going to races, and he especially loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his son, Ryan Keith Blackwell and his wife, Taylor, of Mineral Wells; grandson, Nathan Cayde Blackwell; significant other, Lisa Thompson and her children, Chase Thompson and Shanisty Thompson and grandson, Bradley Martin; and siblings, Marty Whitehair, Joey Perdue, Mandy Hornbeck and Charlette Grody.

William had prearranged his final wishes and in keeping with his requests, there will be no public visitation or service.
